High efficiency of JLIC validated once again

 

Highly efficient wireless energy transmission "JLIC22" has been presented successfully in Nuremburg.

 

As a highlight at this years PCIM, the fair visitors could experience the power transmission of the highly efficient JLIC22-transmission systems live at booth 429. Under the keyword "Power" the high efficiency of the system was validated once more.

 

 

 

JLIC©- transmission systems are used to the transfer energy and dates without plug & wire. A bidirectional exchange of energy as well as data is also possible.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The transmission takes place in an inductively way and bridges aerial gaps up to 500 mm. While transmitting the system regulates variable distances automatically, so that the high efficiency from > 95% will always be preserved. The transferred performance will be adjusted slightly. Because of this the size or weight of the vehicle to be loaded has no influence on the loading processes. With a horizontal distance of 450 mm the field strength amounts < 6.25 µ T. Therefore even the strictest security guidelines will be fulfilled.

The loading curve is regulated exclusively through the stationary primary unit (SPTU) which can be sunk invisibly and free of damaging or destruction - with corresponding infrastructure - into the ground. Alternatively an OnBoard solution for which no other electronics is necessary is additionally been offered today.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The small secondary unit of the JLIC22 system (SMTU) with approx. 1500 g of weight and a unit dimension of 400x300x30 mm can directly be mounted without any distance onto the ground metal of the e-vehicle.

 

The JLIC©- transmission systems are free of maintenance and available with  performances of 20 W up to 500 kW.
